Tigiraffe – Kids Clothing You’ll Love

We want you to feel confident shopping with Tigiraffe. Below is our clear and simple return policy to help guide you if you ever need to return an item.

⏳ 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

👕 Product Condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must not be worn, washed, or used
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

We encourage you to try the product at home (e.g. size check), but not to wear it outside or use it in any way that may cause damage or wear.

🚚 If the Item is Faulty or Damaged (Our Fault)

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, we’ll take full responsibility:

  • We will send a replacement at no cost to you
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping, if required

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photo evidence so we can resolve it quickly.

🤷‍♀️ If You’ve Changed Your Mind

If you no longer want the item for personal reasons (e.g. changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or colour), you may still return it within 30 days, provided it meets the conditions above.

However:

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost
  • A refund (excluding delivery fees) will be issued once the product is received and inspected

❌ Non-Refundable Returns

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or is no longer in sellable condition
  • The item is returned damaged or stained
  • The return is made after the 30-day window

In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage if they wish to have the item sent back to them.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at malachi@tigiraffe.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll review your request and send return instructions
  3. Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days

📌 Additional Notes

  • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
